First Day Of School!! First Day Of School!!

All smiles at the start of a new school year!! Maddy is in 4th grade
(I know I can't believe it either) and Boone is in 2nd. They both started school last monday, while Ben & Brady started Kindergarten today. A couple people have asked me "Ooh, how was your morning? Were you ok? Was it a little sad?" Shoot, the next person who ask me I'm going to tell them " It's just school, They're not dead?" It's a time of excitement, not mourning.
I'M GREAT!!

Soccer Season!!

Boone has been begging me to post about his soccer, he's just so proud of himself. He's so excited for this weeks game, because coach said he could play goalie. Boone's what Chris likes to call a 4 foot player. No he's not 4 feet tall he's always about 4 feet from the ball, and then freezes or doesn't want the confrontation or something. He may only touch the ball a couple times per game, but the kid is sure running his heart out always chasing the ball. He's loving it.

Idaho Trip!!

We went home to Idaho last week for a Wolff family reunion. It was a great week. Packed with Visiting, Floating the Kootenai River, Huckleberry and Raspberry Picking, Hiking, and a day at Sandpoint Beach.

The kids found lots of fresh water clams in the creek. Uncle Chuck cooked one up for Boone. He ate it and loved it.

Ben and Brady loved running and jumping on the swinging bridge at Kootenai Falls. There's just no fear. Maybe some can rub off from their Uncle Seth.

We love a good Campfire!! Bring on the mallows!

Glen-bo and Reese all tuckered out.

Sweet Baby Jayla. We took so many pictures of this girl, and she's not even ours. We love her.

Arnie and his new girl Daisy!

The family at part of Kootenai Falls.

Ben collecting snails.

There's so much more to share but this will do. We had a great time.

Boone's Tooth Trouble

Here's the story. Boone had 5 loose teeth. We pulled one before our trip to Idaho, but the front two were very loose and one was painful when he talked, ate or even touched it, it was so loose. It had to come out!! So I finally had it and put him in "Tooth Timeout" he wasn't allowed to play until it was out. We all offered to help but he didn't want any. Chris arrived back at camp heard what was going on and said to Boone "who's the boss" Boone said "you" So Boone opened his mouth. Chris popped it right out and threw a tissue to Boone and said "Go Play". I soon realized Boone wasn't clued in to what just happened so I grabbed the camera here's what followed. Enjoy!!

So I called him Snaggle-tooth all week with his one loner tooth hanging out. But now it's gone too.
